Checkup questionnaire, 2018–2024 (G1Q_1824)

G1Q_1824 (일반건강검진 문진) is a table in the Cancer Public Library. One row is the questionnaire answered at one general health examination in 2018–2024. The form changed over time, so the other years are in G1Q_0708 for 2007–2008 and G1Q_0917 for 2009–2017.

The questionnaire covers disease history and treatment, family history, hepatitis B, smoking, e-cigarettes and heated tobacco, drinking by type of drink, and physical activity. The row joins to the rest of the library on SN_KEY, and to the measured results on G1E on SN_KEY and the examination year EXMD_BZ_YYYY.

The people are those on RGST with a general health examination record from 2007 through 2024. Using any checkup table requires a research-use plan.
