Diagnoses on the claim (T400)

T400 (상병내역) is a table in the Cancer Public Library. One row is one diagnosis on a claim, primary or secondary, with the specialty. The years are 2007–2024, for people on RGST with a reviewed claim. The row joins to its claim on T200 on MID (명세서조인키).

These diagnosis codes are billing codes, stored up to four characters. Sensitive diagnoses are masked:

• Mental illness is reduced to its first character followed by asterisks, so F00 becomes F**. A three-character code requires a research-use plan and committee approval.
• Rare diseases and sexually transmitted infections are masked entirely.
• Claims for HIV, miscarriage, abuse, and COVID-19 are removed.
