Definition

Person identifier. This substitute identifier links a row in this table to the same person in the other Cancer Public Library tables.

Data dictionary version 4.0, section 10, says the whole file from the five institutions is linked by SN_KEY (대체식별키).

One person can have more than one cancer-registration row. Those rows share an SN_KEY.

The quality-control section says each table's substitute identifier is replaced with a new serial number every time the data are extracted. An SN_KEY from one extract does not identify the same person in another extract.
